  • By submitting this application, applicant authorizes the landlord to contact the necessary parties in order to obtain credit reports, tenant history, banking information, employment status/history or any other information deemed necessary to investigate the applicant.
    All information is true, accurate and complete to the best of applicant’s knowledge.
    Landlord reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not as represented.
    ANY PERSON OR FIRM IS AUTHORIZED TO RELEASE INFORMATION ABOUT THE UNDERSIGNED UPON PRESENTATION OF THIS FORM.
 

What to expect after your application is submitted:

  • Application will be reviewed upon submission. If approved, you may be offered an opportunity to lease the property. At that point, if you would like to lease the property, a $500 earnest money deposit will be due in order to remove the property from the market for one week. This will be applied towards your security deposit; however, it will be non-refundable if you later decide not to lease the property. The remainder of the security deposit will be due upon move-in date.

    If you would like to hold the property for up to one month, the full security deposit amount would be required.

    The first month’s rent, or any pro-rated rent, will be due upon your move-in date.
